Match Ventures is a Real estate company focusing on property sales in Nakuru, Kenya. They are popular for selling affordable plots in the Nakuru suburbs.

The Challenge

In February 2021, Match Ventures approached us to drive qualified leads for both their property business and their vacation rental cottage called Havan Cottage. We help manage occupancy by pulling traffic to their Airbnb page.

The Solution

Our strategy was to use social media marketing channels: Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads to increase brand engagement across their two companies. 

With creative designs, strategic placement of ads, Strategine has built an audience that consumes content across all their active platforms, which has led to increased engagement and sales closures.

Final Results

Match Ventures has since seen an increase in engagement by 80% especially on Facebook and an average 20% closure rate from all leads.
